At Harrop we recognise great people are the essence of any
great company, that’s why at our most recent all staff BBQ, we celebrated some
remarkable milestones. The BBQ was delicious; but we had gathered to celebrate
much more than great food. As not just one member of the Harrop team reached an
incredible employee milestone, but seven.
Congratulations & thank you to Tim Harrop our Operations
Manager and Mark Davies on reaching their 20th year of service at Harrop
Engineering, Joe Palinic, Mark Bennet, Shaun Gentile and Michael Solomon on
reaching their 25th year of service and a special thank you to
Silvano Rech who reached his 30th year of service at Harrop.
General Manager Heath Moore presented each of the men with the most fitting
token to pay tribute to their efforts; a Harrop manufactured billet aluminium
plaque.
We asked Silvano to reflect on his 30 years at Harrop
Engineering and some of the significant changes he had seen. Here is what he
had to say, “Having completed my apprenticeship with Harrop, I'm incredibly
proud of our achievements and the great group of people who I consider both
friends and family”.
Between the men above, over 150 years of
technical engineering & manufacturing experience is shared and their
contribution is pivotal to our ongoing success, allowing us to deliver products
of the highest quality.
